It is our great honor to welcome you all to the 4th Asia Conference on Computers and Communications (ACCC 2023). We are delighted to see all of you gathered here to exchange ideas, share knowledge, and explore the latest advances in our fields. And we are honored to open this event and share with you some of my thoughts.
The influence of computers and communications has been more revolutionary. ACCC was started in 2020, which always aims to offer the communication for scholars to present the latest research and results of scientists, to create an opportunity to build networks with other academics and experts, to collect and publish academic papers with high quality, etc. welcome to this conference, and I wish you all a productive and enjoyable experience on ACCC 2023.
