This year, we have five speeches and three parallel sessions that cover Blockchain and Information Security; Software Detection and Image Processing; Computer Model and Intelligent Calculation. we would like to take this opportunity to thank the conference organizer for the great effort in organizing this event. I would also like to extend my appreciation to the reviewers, session chairs as well as the authors and presenters who have contributed to this conference in one way or another.
