Registration Guidelines

  • Registration is required for all participants of ACCC 2027. Each paper should at least register for one FULL registration.
  • Early-bird Registration till: July 10, 2027.
  • Without registration, your paper will be EXCLUDED from the final proceeding.
  • Note that each accepted paper is limited to 12 pages with no charge for the first 6 pages and a charge of 60 USD / 420 RMB for each additional page.
  • Student fee is only applicable for student who is the first author of the paper.
  • Additional paper price is only applied for the registered author who is the first author in both papers.

Payment Method

1. Credit Card with VISA or MasterCard (No service charge)

2. Pay by Bank Transfer (30 USD bank service charge undertaken by the registrant). The Bank Information should be offered by the conference secretary.

3. PayPal (30 USD bank service charge undertaken by the registrant)

Cancellation Policy

Every participant should finish the registration before attending the conference. If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else of co-authors or from the same institute/organization.

Personal Reason: ACCC 2027 cannot refund or pay any compensation where the attendee cannot attend the conference due to personal reasons such as travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial default, etc.
Force Majeure: ACCC 2027 cannot accept responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to "force majeure", including fire, flood, explosion, storm, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, war or threat of war, epidemic, and all similar situations beyond our control.

The organizer has the right to change the date and place of the conference under "force majeure" circumstances. The participants of the conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change and refund policy.
